Processing Time


From 20 days to 10 weeks.
The process of creating an original work of art takes time. From preparing a custom canvas/frame to confirming documents for the art export and also – creating your unique canvas which must be completely dried before shipping. Usually the process takes about two weeks, but sometimes it takes up to weeks or a months during the holidays.


Custom Duties

When you make a purchase through a foreign website, you may be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or customs duties to your local customs authorities when the order arrives. Typically the customer will receive a notification from customs via email with payment instructions. This is a normal process for international shipments.

For US buyers, it typically ranges from 4% to 10% (usually around 8.3%), depending on the state.

In the UK VAT is 20%, so this tax will be collected during or after the delivery.

Free Delivery


Standard delivery time for US: 5 - 7 business days. We rely an international courier service with tracking.

Customer is responsible for the customs fees/VAT and import taxes that may apply. *For the United States imported products over $800 are taxed.

Returns and Exchanges


We gladly accept cancellations.
But please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. We send photos and videos of your original art before shipping. But if you are not completely satisfied, please send the painting back, without damage and with the original packaging, within 28 days and we will happily provide a full refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly.

Returns and exchange details:

- If you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to discuss refund/exchange with you!
- If the painting would be lost before delivery we will refund a full cost.
- If the painting is damaged you will have a full refund, but please contact us and attach photos within 24h.
